Israeli forces strike Gaza homes and demolish buildings despite truce

Israeli occupation forces continued attacks across the Gaza Strip on Friday, October 30. They bombed a residential apartment and carried out large-scale demolitions. These actions occurred despite the existing ceasefire agreement. Several Palestinians were injured during these operations.

Field sources reported that an Israeli airstrike hit a residential apartment early Friday. The target was located in the Sheikh Radwan neighborhood northwest of Gaza City. This attack raised renewed concerns over civilian safety. It happened while military operations continued across the Strip.

In central Gaza, Israeli occupation forces executed a large-scale demolition operation. The forces targeted areas east of al-Masdar village. Meanwhile, Israeli reconnaissance aircraft intensified their flights over western Gaza City. These movements signaled ongoing military pressure on the region.

The latest attacks followed Israeli shelling in central Gaza on Thursday. That earlier incident killed three Palestinians and injured several others. Continuous airstrikes and gunfire have left Palestinians facing further threats. The ceasefire remains officially in effect despite these violations.

According to the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza, 1,574 Palestinians have been killed since the ceasefire took effect on October 11, 2025. The ministry stated that 5,687 others were injured during this period. These figures highlight the continuing human toll of operations.

The Ministry of Health also reported total casualties since October 7, 2023. Israel’s war has killed 74,570 Palestinians and injured 175,808 others. Families struggle with mass displacement and severe shortages of essential supplies. Infrastructure damage continues to hinder survival efforts.
